Have you ever come across a really delicious lamb dish? “PRIMELAMB” explores the possibilities of lamb meat, which has completely different characteristics and flavors for each part, and sublimates 10 different parts into a course meal, which is Japan's first rum bistro. “ Baking ” like Genghis Khan is not the only cooking method for lamb meat. Beginning with "Grilled Lamb Chops", "Lamb Hearts Carpaccio" and "Roast Lamb," visitors are invited to the vast world of lamb cuisine through various interpretations and expressions of lamb meat. In addition, dishes inspired by Japanese cuisine and craft gin born and raised in the same land as lamb maximize the umami and sweetness of lamb. As a meat explorer and evangelist, creating a prime lamb experience, from Oku-Harajuku to the world, we will deliver our Japan's unique lamb culture to the world.
