A unique lamb show is about to begin. Gakugei Daigaku Ramune is Japan's first theater-style lamb barbecue restaurant, offering about 20 different cuts of lamb. The open counter in front of you allows you to enjoy the sound of the chefs as they cook the lamb, the distinctive aroma of the meat, and the dynamic finishing touches. The restaurant offers a wide variety of lamb cuts, including the king of red meat "filet," from which only 200 grams of lamb can be obtained, the ever-popular "tongue," the classic "lamb chop," the "outer leg chop" with its seemingly contradictory textures of tenderness and elasticity, and the "top rib" with its rich fat content, all with an emphasis on authenticity. We are delivering the charm of lamb meat to our customers. We also offer a wide variety of drinks that go perfectly with lamb, including six types of lemon sours and the "Ramune Highball," a rum-based drink with a sweet taste and unique aroma. Priding ourselves as a lamb yakiniku specialty restaurant, we will continue to expand the possibilities of lamb yakiniku from the Gakugei Daigaku area, where people with a high sensitivity to food gather.
