Mochi monja "Gohaku" with a focus on soup stock and okoge (roasted rice cake). The five light colours of the ingredients are delicate, deep, sweet and full of flavour.

Gohaku's "Mochi Monja" is an original monja with plenty of "Taro no Tsuma" (radish's tooth) instead of cabbage. The new "Mochi Monja" will be opened on November 30, 2023 (Wed) in Kyodo, in the Kyodo district of Shinjuku, and will offer a new type of monja that is different from conventional monja, using dashi (soup stock), okoge (roasted rice cake) and Tone-no-tsuma instead of cabbage.
