A variety of meat dishes that are particular about meat quality and cooking methods. We are proud of all of our specialties, such as elaborate seared meat sushi, meat sashimi that is cooked at a low temperature to retain the texture of raw meat while ensuring safety, and wagyu offal dishes using Naniwa black beef from Osaka. And please enjoy Komatsubara Farm's round lemon sour, which is a little different from other lemon sours.
