Yokohama Hoshikawa Union Seafood Café launches Oyster & Fresh Pasta business pursuing new possibilities in Italian cuisine ~ A new type of Italian cuisine where you can enjoy oysters and fresh pasta with focaccia baked in a 400°C oven.
Union Seafood Cafe, a seafood Italian restaurant directly connected to Hoshikawa Station on the Sotetsu Line, located 5 minutes by rapid transit from Yokohama Station, will renew its grand dinner menu on April 2㈬. The renewal will feature the new concept of “Oyster & Fresh Pasta” in pursuit of new possibilities of Italian cuisine. We will also offer “all-you-can-eat focaccia baked in a 400°C oven” as an appetizer for only one coin. We also offer a wide variety of drinks, such as Natur wine and sparkling wine exclusively for raw oysters, which are indispensable for seafood Italian cuisine.
